Short and sweet: here are the details about the Candidate Endorsement Committee, and how to apply!

Imagine this, on your resume: 'played a pivotal role in selecting the community independent candidate for Fenner' (!).

We have opened up a public expression of interest process from members of the public to join Voices of Belconnen and Gungahlin's Candidate Endorsement Committee (CEC). 

The CEC is the body responsible for finalising selection criteria and running the candidate assessment and selection processes to ensure any community independent candidate endorsed by this group reflects the virtues we'd all expect from a hard working candidate, and takes forward the most pressing issues put forward by members of the public. 

Current volunteers are encouraged to apply. We are looking for people, who aren't eager to nominate themselves, from a broad range of backgrounds, ages, ethnicities, and experiences. If you have something you can bring, we'd love to hear from you.
