You are cordially invited to participate in Voices of Belconnen and Canberra's community workshop: from listening to acting

Our Voices group has completed the first part of its listening phase, and we now have enough information to move forward into a new and exciting phase towards finding community independents for the Northside across any of Ginninderra, Yerrabi (ACT) and Fenner (Federal). 

Please join Senator David Pocock, Thomas Emerson MLA and others to at the Holy Covenant Anglican Church in Cook where you can help to co-design the next phase of this exciting project to re-invigorate our local democracy. The workshop will be facilitated by representatives of proACT, and we'll discuss all manner of exciting things, such as the latest data and discussions in the Assembly and Australian Parliament, and opportunities to move forward on Kitchen Table Conversations, public events, designing candidate selection processes, and even possibly to start putting the word out to individuals who might interested in running!

Voices of Belconnen and Gungahlin has been built - ground up - by community volunteers. If you've been wondering what this is all about, come along to the workshop. Help us find a better alternative: one that is community minded, and not driven by the politics of hatred and division.
